Gizlilik Politikası
BeweisPaket, özel olay kayıtları oluşturmanız için tasarlanmış bir dokümantasyon uygulamasıdır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın hangi bilgileri kullandığını, bu bilgilerin nasıl saklandığını ve hangi seçimlere sahip olduğunuzu açıklar.
1. Uygulamaya Eklediğiniz Bilgiler
Olay kayıtları; metin notları, fotoğraflar, sesli notlar, zaman bilgisi, kategori, isteğe bağlı GPS konumu, dosya adları ve dışa aktarılan raporlar içerebilir. Bu içerikler sizin tarafınızdan oluşturulur ve siz dışa aktarmayı veya paylaşmayı seçmediğiniz sürece cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
2. Yerel Öncelikli Saklama
BeweisPaket hesap oluşturmanızı gerektirmez. Olay kayıtlarınız cihazınızda oluşturulur ve yönetilir. Uygulama, olay kayıtlarınız için kendine ait bir bulut servisi işletmez.
3. İzinler
Uygulama kamera, fotoğraf arşivi, mikrofon ve konum erişimi isteyebilir. Bu izinler yalnızca kullanmayı seçtiğiniz özellikler için kullanılır.
- Kamera ve fotoğraf arşivi erişimi, kanıt fotoğrafları eklemek için kullanılır.
- Mikrofon erişimi, sesli not veya gürültü bağlamı kaydetmek için kullanılır.
- Konum erişimi isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca izin verdiğinizde kayda konum bağlamı eklemek için kullanılır.
4. Satın Alımlar
BeweisPaket Pro satın alımları App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Tam ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almayız. Apple, satın alma işlemini tamamlamak ve yönetmek için gerekli bilgileri kendi politikalarına göre işleyebilir.
5. Reklam ve Takip Yok
BeweisPaket üçüncü taraf reklam SDK’ları kullanmaz ve reklam amacıyla sizi uygulamalar veya web siteleri arasında takip etmez.
6. Dışa Aktarma ve Paylaşım
Kayıtların, PDF raporlarının veya kanıt paketlerinin ne zaman dışa aktarılacağını ve paylaşılacağını siz kontrol edersiniz. Dışa aktarılan içeriği başka bir kişi, uygulama veya servisle paylaştığınızda, bu içerik yaptığınız seçimlere ve alıcı servisin politikalarına göre işlenir.
7. Veri Güvenliği
BeweisPaket, kayıtlarınızı incelemenize yardımcı olan yerel bütünlük ve düzenleme özellikleri içerir. Desteklenen cihazlarda uygulama kilidini etkinleştirirseniz, uygulamaya erişim Face ID veya Touch ID gibi cihaz kimlik doğrulama yöntemleriyle korunabilir.
8. Hukuki ve Resmi Kullanım
BeweisPaket bir dokümantasyon aracıdır. Hukuki danışmanlık, resmi tutanak, bağımsız noterlik veya herhangi bir kayıt için mahkeme, sigorta kurumu ya da üçüncü kişiler nezdinde kabul garantisi sağlamaz.
9. Çocuklar
BeweisPaket 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun uygulama üzerinden kişisel bilgi sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi
Bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”), BeweisPaket mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Sözleşme’yi kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Lisans
Size, Apple markalı ve sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, App Store koşullarına ve bu Sözleşme’ye uygun şekilde, kişisel veya kurum içi dokümantasyon amacıyla Uygulamayı kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir.
2. Uygulamanın Amacı
BeweisPaket, olay kayıtları oluşturmanıza, düzenlemenize ve dışa aktarmanıza yardımcı olur. Uygulama bir dokümantasyon aracıdır; hukuki danışmanlık, resmi tutanak, bağımsız onay veya herhangi bir kaydın mahkeme, resmi kurum, sigorta kurumu ya da üçüncü kişiler tarafından kabul edileceğine dair garanti sağlamaz.
3. İçeriğiniz
Uygulamaya eklediğiniz fotoğraflar, ses kayıtları, notlar, konum verileri ve diğer içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Bu içerikleri oluşturmak, saklamak, dışa aktarmak veya paylaşmak için gerekli haklara ve izinlere sahip olmanız gerekir.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, taciz, kanuna aykırı gözetim, hak ihlali veya yanlış, yanıltıcı ya da zararlı materyal oluşturma veya paylaşma amacıyla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
5. Ücretsiz ve Pro Özellikler
Temel olay kaydı ödeme yapılmadan sunulabilir. BeweisPaket Pro; gelişmiş dışa aktarma, toplu hazırlama, uygulama kilidi veya diğer premium özellikleri açabilir. Sunulan özellikler zaman içinde değişebilir.
6. Satın Alımlar, Abonelikler ve İadeler
Uygulama içi satın alımlar ve abonelikler App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Abonelik yenilemeleri, iptal ve iade işlemleri Apple ID ve App Store hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden yönetilir. Abonelik sunuluyorsa, Apple kurallarına göre iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenebilir.
7. Gizlilik
Uygulamayı kullanımınız BeweisPaket Gizlilik Politikası’na da tabidir. Uygulamanın bilgi ve izinleri nasıl ele aldığını anlamak için lütfen Gizlilik Politikası’nı inceleyin.
8. Garanti Verilmemesi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme dahil olmak üzere tüm açık veya zımni garantiler reddedilir.
9. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan ya da veri, kayıt, kâr veya fırsat kaybından sorumlu olmayız.
10. Apple Koşulları
Apple bu Sözleşme’nin tarafı değildir ve Uygulama veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. Apple’ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu Sözleşme’nin üçüncü kişi lehtarlarıdır ve Sözleşme’yi size karşı ileri sürebilir.
11. Değişiklik ve Fesih
Bu Sözleşme zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Bu Sözleşme’yi ihlal etmeniz veya Uygulamayı zararlı ya da hukuka aykırı şekilde kullanmanız halinde lisansınız askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

Privacy Policy
BeweisPaket is designed as a private incident documentation app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is stored, and what choices you have.
1. Information You Add to the App
You may create incident records that include text notes, photos, voice notes, timestamps, categories, optional GPS location, case names and exported reports. This content is created by you and is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
2. Local-First Storage
BeweisPaket does not require an account. Your incident records are created and managed on your device. The app does not operate its own cloud service for your incident records.
3. Permissions
The app may ask for access to the camera, photo library, microphone and location. These permissions are used only for the features you choose to use.
- Camera and photo library access are used to add evidence photos.
- Microphone access is used to record voice notes or noise-related context.
- Location access is optional and is used to add location context to a record when you allow it.
4. Purchases
BeweisPaket Pro purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may process information necessary to complete and manage your purchase according to Apple’s own policies.
5. No Ads or Tracking
BeweisPaket does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
6. Exports and Sharing
You control when records, PDF reports or evidence packages are exported or shared. Once you share exported content with another person, app or service, that content is handled according to the choices you make and the policies of the receiving service.
7. Data Security
BeweisPaket includes local integrity and record organization features to help you review your own records. If you enable app lock on a supported device, access to the app can be protected with device authentication such as Face ID or Touch ID.
8. Legal and Official Use
BeweisPaket is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, official certification, independent notarization or a guarantee that a record will be accepted by any authority, court, insurer or third party.
9. Children
BeweisPaket is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the BeweisPaket mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal or internal documentation purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and this Agreement.
2. Purpose of the App
BeweisPaket helps you create, organize and export incident records. The App is a documentation tool and does not provide legal advice, official reports, independent certification or a guarantee that any record will be accepted by a court, authority, insurer or third party.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the photos, audio, notes, location data and other content you add to the App. You must have the rights and permissions needed to create, store, export or share that content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, harassment, surveillance in violation of law, infringement of rights, or creation or sharing of false, misleading or harmful material.
5. Free and Pro Features
Basic incident recording may be available without payment. BeweisPaket Pro may unlock advanced export, batch preparation, app lock or other premium features. Available features may change over time.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions and Refunds
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription renewals, cancellation and refunds are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account settings. If a subscription is offered, it may automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple’s rules.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the BeweisPaket Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how the App handles information and permissions.
8. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, records, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the App.
10. Apple Terms
Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
11. Changes and Termination
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.

BeweisPaket ist als private App zur Dokumentation von Ereignissen konzipiert. Diese Datenschutzrichtlinie erklärt, welche Informationen die App verwendet, wie sie gespeichert werden und welche Wahlmöglichkeiten Sie haben.
1. Informationen, die Sie der App hinzufügen
Sie können Ereigniseinträge erstellen, die Textnotizen, Fotos, Sprachnotizen, Zeitangaben, Kategorien, optionalen GPS-Standort, Aktennamen und exportierte Berichte enthalten. Diese Inhalte werden von Ihnen erstellt und lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert, sofern Sie sie nicht exportieren oder teilen.

3. Berechtigungen
Die App kann Zugriff auf Kamera, Fotomediathek, Mikrofon und Standort anfordern. Diese Berechtigungen werden nur für Funktionen verwendet, die Sie nutzen möchten.
- Kamera- und Fotomediathekzugriff werden verwendet, um Beweisfotos hinzuzufügen.
- Mikrofonzugriff wird verwendet, um Sprachnotizen oder Lärmkontext aufzunehmen.
- Standortzugriff ist optional und wird nur verwendet, wenn Sie Standortkontext zu einem Eintrag hinzufügen möchten.
4. Käufe
BeweisPaket Pro-Käufe werden über den App Store von Apple verarbeitet. Wir erhalten keine vollständigen Zahlungskartendaten. Apple kann Informationen verarbeiten, die zur Durchführung und Verwaltung Ihres Kaufs erforderlich sind, gemäß den eigenen Richtlinien von Apple.
5. Keine Werbung und kein Tracking
BeweisPaket verwendet keine Werbe-SDKs von Drittanbietern und verfolgt Sie nicht app- oder websiteübergreifend zu Werbezwecken.
6. Export und Teilen
Sie entscheiden, wann Einträge, PDF-Berichte oder Beweispakete exportiert oder geteilt werden. Sobald Sie exportierte Inhalte mit einer anderen Person, App oder einem Dienst teilen, werden diese Inhalte entsprechend Ihren Entscheidungen und den Richtlinien des empfangenden Dienstes behandelt.
7. Datensicherheit
BeweisPaket enthält lokale Integritäts- und Organisationsfunktionen, die Ihnen bei der Prüfung Ihrer Einträge helfen. Wenn Sie die App-Sperre auf einem unterstützten Gerät aktivieren, kann der Zugriff auf die App durch Geräteauthentifizierung wie Face ID oder Touch ID geschützt werden.
8. Rechtliche und offizielle Nutzung
BeweisPaket ist ein Dokumentationswerkzeug. Die App bietet keine Rechtsberatung, keine offizielle Zertifizierung, keine unabhängige Beglaubigung und keine Garantie, dass ein Eintrag von Behörden, Gerichten, Versicherern oder Dritten akzeptiert wird.
9. Kinder
BeweisPaket richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren. Wenn Sie glauben, dass ein Kind über die App personenbezogene Informationen bereitgestellt hat, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Wir gewähren Ihnen eine beschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung der App für persönliche oder interne Dokumentationszwecke auf Apple-Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren, vorbehaltlich der App-Store-Bedingungen und dieses Vertrags.
2. Zweck der App
BeweisPaket hilft Ihnen, Ereigniseinträge zu erstellen, zu ordnen und zu exportieren. Die App ist ein Dokumentationswerkzeug und bietet keine Rechtsberatung, keine offiziellen Berichte, keine unabhängige Zertifizierung und keine Garantie, dass ein Eintrag von Gerichten, Behörden, Versicherern oder Dritten akzeptiert wird.
3. Ihre Inhalte
Sie sind für Fotos, Audioaufnahmen, Notizen, Standortdaten und andere Inhalte verantwortlich, die Sie der App hinzufügen. Sie müssen über die erforderlichen Rechte und Erlaubnisse verfügen, um diese Inhalte zu erstellen, zu speichern, zu exportieren oder zu teilen.
4. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke, Belästigung, rechtswidrige Überwachung, Verletzung von Rechten oder zur Erstellung oder Weitergabe falscher, irreführender oder schädlicher Inhalte zu verwenden.
5. Kostenlose und Pro-Funktionen
Grundlegende Ereigniseinträge können ohne Zahlung verfügbar sein. BeweisPaket Pro kann erweiterte Exporte, Stapelvorbereitung, App-Sperre oder andere Premium-Funktionen freischalten. Verfügbare Funktionen können sich im Laufe der Zeit ändern.
6. Käufe, Abonnements und Rückerstattungen
In-App-Käufe und Abonnements werden über den App Store von Apple verarbeitet. Verlängerung, Kündigung und Rückerstattung von Abonnements werden über Ihre Apple-ID und Ihre App-Store-Kontoeinstellungen verwaltet. Wenn ein Abonnement angeboten wird, kann es sich automatisch verlängern, sofern es nicht gemäß den Regeln von Apple gekündigt wird.
7. Datenschutz
Ihre Nutzung der App unterliegt auch der BeweisPaket Datenschutzrichtlinie. Bitte lesen Sie diese, um zu verstehen, wie die App mit Informationen und Berechtigungen umgeht.
8. Keine Gewährleistung
Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, schließen wir alle Gewährleistungen aus, einschließlich stillschweigender Gewährleistungen der Marktgängigkeit, Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck und Nichtverletzung von Rechten.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere, Folge- oder Strafschäden oder für den Verlust von Daten, Einträgen, Gewinnen oder Chancen, die aus Ihrer Nutzung der App entstehen.
10. Apple-Bedingungen
Apple ist keine Partei dieses Vertrags und nicht für die App oder deren Inhalte verantwortlich. Apple ist nicht verpflichtet, Wartung oder Support für die App bereitzustellen. Apple und seine Tochtergesellschaften sind Drittbegünstigte dieses Vertrags und können ihn Ihnen gegenüber durchsetzen.
11. Änderungen und Beendigung
Wir können diesen Vertrag von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Wir können Ihre Lizenz aussetzen oder beenden, wenn Sie gegen diesen Vertrag verstoßen oder die App in schädlicher oder rechtswidriger Weise nutzen.
