Sentiq Mind is a local-first, privacy-first AI second brain application for macOS. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
We collect zero personal data. All your notes, insights, screenshots, and AI analysis are processed and stored exclusively on your Mac using Core Data. No data leaves your device.
All AI inference runs locally on your device using downloaded GGUF models via llama.cpp. No API calls are made to external AI services. Your content is never sent to any cloud service for processing.
Sentiq Mind accesses files only when you explicitly import them via file picker or drag-and-drop. Security-scoped bookmarks are used to maintain access permissions within macOS sandbox restrictions.
We do not use any analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs. There are no ads in Sentiq Mind.
Sentiq Mind offers optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchase via Apple's StoreKit. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
Sentiq Mind does not integrate with any third-party services. The only network connection is to Apple's App Store for in-app purchase verification.
Sentiq Mind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
By downloading or using Sentiq Mind, you agree to this EULA and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal.
Mehmet Sisoglu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sentiq Mind on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Manage subscriptions in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All content, code, and design of Sentiq Mind are the intellectual property of Mehmet Sisoglu. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application.
Sentiq Mind is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the application.
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the application.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Sentiq Mind, macOS için yerel öncelikli, gizlilik öncelikli bir AI ikinci beyin uygulamasıdır. Verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Hiçbir kişisel veriyi harici sunucularda toplamaz, iletmez veya saklamayız.
Sıfır kişisel veri topluyoruz. Tüm notlarınız, analizleriniz, ekran görüntüleriniz ve AI analizleri yalnızca Mac'inizde Core Data kullanılarak işlenir ve saklanır.

Herhangi bir analitik, telemetri, izleme pikseli veya üçüncü taraf SDK kullanmıyoruz. Sentiq Mind'da reklam yoktur.
Sentiq Mind, Apple StoreKit aracılığıyla isteğe bağlı Pro abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma sunar. Tüm ödeme işlemleri Apple tarafından yönetilir.
Sentiq Mind hiçbir üçüncü taraf hizmeti ile entegre değildir. Tek ağ bağlantısı, uygulama içi satın alma doğrulaması için Apple App Store'adır.
Sentiq Mind, 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Sentiq Mind'ı indirerek veya kullanarak bu EULA'yı ve Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Mehmet Sisoğlu, size sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz herhangi bir Apple cihazında Sentiq Mind'ı kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans verir.
Ödeme, onay anında Apple Kimliğinize faturalandırılır. Abonelikleri Sistem Ayarları → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler'den yönetin.
Sentiq Mind'ın tüm içeriği, kodu ve tasarımı Mehmet Sisoğlu'nun fikri mülkiyetidir.
Sentiq Mind garantisiz olarak "olduğu gibi" sunulur. AI tarafından üretilen içerik yanlışlıklar içerebilir.
Herhangi bir koşulu ihlal ederseniz bu lisans otomatik olarak sona erer.
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
