Part I
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZPLora, developed and provided by Mehmet Sisoglu (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the ZPLora application on iPhone or iPad. It applies to every ZPLora interface and feature.
1. Data We Process
ZPLora processes the ZPL files and text you choose to open or paste, rendered label images, document structure, command diagnostics, preflight findings, barcode verification results, and export content solely to provide the app’s features. This processing occurs on your device.
The Developer does not receive or collect your ZPL source, rendered labels, file contents, preflight findings, barcode values, usage activity, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, precise location, or personal profile information through ZPLora.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
ZPLora may store your appearance preference and recent-document bookmarks together with limited non-content metadata such as a file name, last-opened date, label count, and issue count. The app does not copy the ZPL source into its recent-document history.
Files and text that you explicitly export or share are written only to the destination you select through Apple’s system interfaces.
3. Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices
Recent-document entries can be removed from ZPLora’s Library. Local settings and metadata remain on your device until you remove them, clear the relevant history, or delete the app. Files you export are controlled through the destination where you saved them.
Because ZPLora does not maintain a developer account, backend profile, or developer-controlled copy of your label content, there is no remote ZPLora account or label-content record for the Developer to delete. You may contact us at the address below if you have a privacy question.
4. Apple and Third-Party Processing
Apple may process App Store purchase, entitlement, diagnostic, and device information under Apple’s own agreements and privacy practices. ZPLora receives only the entitlement information needed to determine whether Pro features are available. ZPLora does not sell or share your label content with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
When you visit this legal page, the website hosting provider may process standard network request information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, for security and delivery of the page. The Developer does not use this information to profile ZPLora users or connect it to label content.
5. Security and Children’s Privacy
ZPLora minimizes data handling by using on-device processing and Apple-provided file, share, and purchase interfaces. No method of electronic storage is completely risk-free, so you remain responsible for protecting access to your device and exported files.
ZPLora is a technical utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this document when ZPLora’s functionality or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, disclosed in an app update.
Part II
End User License Agreement
By downloading or using ZPLora, you agree to this End User License Agreement and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). The Apple Standard EULA is incorporated into this agreement by reference. If these supplemental terms conflict with mandatory law or the Apple Standard EULA, the controlling mandatory terms apply.
7. License
ZPLora is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this agreement and Apple’s Usage Rules, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZPLora on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
8. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may use ZPLora to open, inspect, render, preflight, verify, and export content that you are legally entitled to use. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of ZPLora except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You may not use ZPLora to infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, distribute malicious content, or interfere with the operation or security of Apple devices or services.
9. Your Content and Responsibility
You retain your rights in ZPL files, text, and other content you choose to process. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use, export, or share that content and for reviewing any output before using it in an operational or production workflow.
10. Rendered Preview and Printer Limitations
ZPLora provides a rendered preview and diagnostic assistance; it does not provide a physical-print guarantee. Printer firmware, resident fonts and graphics, persistent printer configuration, media, calibration, darkness, speed, printhead condition, barcode scanner characteristics, and unsupported commands may cause physical output to differ from ZPLora’s preview.
Barcode verification indicates only whether supported barcode data was decoded from ZPLora’s rendered preview. It does not certify physical print quality, regulatory compliance, scanability on a particular device, or fitness for shipping, healthcare, inventory, safety, or other production use.
11. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
ZPLora and its original software, interface, branding, and documentation are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Zebra, ZPL, and related names may be trademarks of Zebra Technologies Corp. ZPLora is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zebra Technologies Corp.
12. Purchases, Updates, and Availability
Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Purchase eligibility, billing, refunds, Family Sharing where available, and restoration are governed by Apple’s applicable terms. Features may be updated to maintain compatibility, security, accuracy, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee that every feature or supported command will remain unchanged or available in every region or runtime.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZPLora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent not prohibited by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or commercial losses arising from your use of or inability to use ZPLora, including losses caused by relying on a preview, diagnostic, export, barcode result, or physical print outcome. The liability terms and statutory protections in the Apple Standard EULA also apply.
14. Termination and Governing Terms
This license remains effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you materially fail to comply with this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete ZPLora. Apple’s Standard EULA governs applicable platform, third-party-beneficiary, export-control, and governing-law terms. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
