ScholaScan: School Planner

ScholaScan turns school notices and PDFs into a calm, reviewable family plan. It finds dates, meetings, homework, payments, and required supplies, then sends only the items you approve to Apple Calendar and Reminders.

FROM NOTICE TO READY PLAN

• Paste text or open a school PDF.
• ScholaScan extracts dates, times, and tasks on your device.
• Review every suggested title, date, and destination before saving.
• Add approved items to Apple Calendar or Reminders.

A CLEAR FLOW FOR EVERY CHILD

• Create color-coded profiles for multiple children.
• Match notices containing a name or class to the right child.
• See today, tomorrow, and upcoming school commitments in one timeline.
• Find past notices and documents quickly in the archive.

A CALMER SCHOOL WEEK

• Parent meetings, exams, and assignment deadlines
• Field-trip, bus, and school payment reminders
• Sports kit, books, and other required supplies
• Weekly summaries and six-month activity trends
• A menu-bar view of what is coming next

PRIVACY FIRST

OCR and text analysis happen on your Mac. Child and school content is not sent to developer servers for analysis. Optional iCloud sync works only between your own Apple devices.
